At Perfumania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Perfumania account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened fragrance in its original designer box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
